Directions: Dry cast iron before applying oil. Gently pour two tablespoons of the cast iron oil onto cookware and use a cloth to work the oil into the cast iron. Let sit, and dry.  We recommend to first wash your cast iron cookware with Caron & Doucet's Cast Iron Soap.
