Rated 5 out of 5 by HuntingFishingWineing from Blown Away I first got the opportunity to try bubbly out of this glass in a tasting seminar hosted by Riedel in Alaska. The bubbles completely dancing delicately on my palate. The most drastic change was the tasting notes that came out of the champagne. It was something that I have never experienced before. Lets just say I have retired my Flutes.
